Where are you pouring your time, energy and attention?

I’ve been in a gentle process of release, letting go of layers that no longer belong to me, creating new space.

When you’ve spent much of your life being strong, it can feel incredibly tender to realize you are not alone.

Even when we feel alone, we are quietly connected.

In one way or another, someone understands a piece of our journey. And there is deep medicine in being felt not just seen but truly felt.

Meditation gives me space to reflect. I noticed that many of my energy leakages were on not feeling worthy, looking for security and consistency , which I know connects to my childhood and now I know that all is within me to heal.

For much of my life, I felt more comfortable staying in the background.

And still, life kept gently and sometimes not so gently calling me forward.

Over time, I’ve come to understand something sacred:

Despite everything I walked through, I was meant to be here.

Not only to survive but to support others walking their own path. Not just the person one step behind me, but also the one ten steps back, who may need a little more light held for them.

Because sometimes we wonder:

Why did this happen to me?

But life has a way of weaving meaning through our experiences in ways we cannot always see in the moment.

Today, as a healer, I can feel how nothing was wasted. My lived experience slowly became part of my offering.

There is something deeply sacred about alchemizing our pain into something that can support others. And I feel grateful that even when I walk through my own shadows, I can still hold space for someone else’s light.

One of the gentlest truths I’ve learned on this path is this:

Growth is not only love and light.

True healing asks us to sit with our shadows too with compassion, not judgment. Because within those places are the lessons, the wisdom, and the quiet strength we didn’t know we carried.

When we’ve touched the depths, we can fully appreciate the light.

One of the most important lessons :

We must gently pour into ourselves first.

Not from selfishness but from sustainability. Because when our own cup is nourished, what we offer others becomes cleaner, softer, and more genuine.

This path has also taught me to be aware.

Where are you pouring your time, energy and attention?

Whatever you consistently nurture will naturally grow.

And I love to remind people to value your wins even the quiet ones.

A win is any moment where your intention lovingly overrides old patterns of self-sabotage.

Because so often, the greatest limitations are the quiet stories we’ve carried for years.

Life has a way of waking us up when we’re ready.

Sometimes the path gently or suddenly redirects us back toward our truth.

Because in the end, no one can hold us back quite like our own fear and no one can free us quite like our own awareness.

The moment we soften, the moment we stop running from ourselves, something begins to open. Quietly, naturally. In its own time.

And while no one can walk the path for us, we are never meant to walk it completely alone, my intention is simply connecting people to source of creation so their own energy can heal and to remind them of their own inner wisdom.

With Love always Leisa
